Guests at Scotland's national respite centre near North Berwick were treated to a furry surprise yesterday.
Leuchie House, a charity that offers short stays and breaks for those living with neurological conditions, welcomed a visit from John Muir Alpacas based near Dunbar.
Staff and guests were able to get up close and personal with the fluffy Andean animals and spend time with them in the sun.
Three of the Alpacas made the trip – Oozo, Sabre and Blaze – to bring joy to all who got to see them, leaving the charity "smitten".
The charity said on Twitter: "The alpacas are back! Thank you to John Muir Alpacas for bringing Oozo, Sabre and Blaze to meet our guests and staff. We were smitten!"
