The Nungate Gala returns later this year
ROYALTY is being sought for this year’s Nungate Gala.
The event takes place on August 12 and organiser Liz McDougall told the Courier they were now looking for a gala court.
The Gala Queen must be in P7, while the consort must be in either P6 or P7.
The lady in waiting must be a P6 pupil, while the herald and flowergirls must be P3.
Pageboys and fairies need to be P1 pupils.
The only restriction is that the children must live in the Nungate area of Haddington.
