A Prestonpans museum is hosting a birthday party event to mark the one year anniversary since opening last year.
The Battle of Prestonpans 1745 Heritage Trust museum is situated in the Town Hall on High Street, telling the story of the historic battle and the Jacobean history of the town.
The event will give visitors the chance to enjoy a "period" experience and meet Bonnie Prince Charlie himself.
Jacobite and Gaelic song performances, a chance to meet soldiers in period costumes at the "unicorn tavern" and a Georgian tea drinking display will also be on show.
The event is free to attend and takes place on Saturday (April 29) between 7 and 8.30pm.
