NEW life could be breathed into a former gift shop on Dunbar High Street.
East Lothian Council held an open viewing at the property at 145 High Street last Wednesday to give potential renters a chance to look inside.
The local authority noted: “The property has most recently been used as a gift shop and offers a large window display area, front and rear retail areas, staff kitchen and WC and a rear hall/storage area.”
The premises have a class one retail use and the local authority is looking for offers over £11,000 per year.
