Volunteers have helped East Lothian Countryside Rangers plant trees at The Glen in North Berwick.
They joined the rangers to plant a variety of trees in the area to help build a hedge line.
The tree planting was funded by the Nature Restoration Fund from the Scottish Government.
A spokesperson for the countryside rangers, said: "North Berwick conservation volunteers were enjoying the chance of constructive conservation this week with some tree planting to build up a native hedge line in The Glen.
“They planted hawthorn, blackthorn, hazel and holly and protected them with stakes and guards.
“The trees were funded thanks to the Scottish Government Nature Restoration Fund. Well done team!”
