Shannon Thomson was grabbed by the body and had her shirt ripped by Coleen Alexander during an incident at the Post Office at the town’s Winton Place.
Alexander, of Meetinghouse Drive, also scratched Ms Thomson to the chest during the struggle, to her injury.
