A Wallyford woman has gone viral for crashing an Italian television broadcast to share her love for Heart of Midlothian Football Club.

Natasha Lodge was in Milan with her boyfriend when she passed by TV reporter Tancredi Palmeri from Sportitalia and announced in Italian it was her birthday.

She and her boyfriend then approach the reporter who says he was admiring her stilettos and then asks where she was from.

Natasha says Edinburgh and the reporter instantly mentions Hearts FC.

She responds with joy but her boyfriend Chris Gordon, who plays for Longniddry Villa FC,  announces that he is a Hibernian FC fan!

The reporter then proceeds to return to the discussion of her stiletto, but Natasha only shows interest in talking about Hearts.

She then proceeds to show a tattoo that has the numbers 5-1, in reference to the 2012 Scottish Cup final in which Hearts beat Hibernian by the same scoreline.

The reporter panics, thinking she was going to expose her breast on live television but he soon understands that that was not her intent.

Natasha then does a 5-1 sign with her hands to the camera.

The couple then go out for drinks with the famous Italian sports reporter.

Natasha responded on Twitter the next day saying "it was one for the bairns to remember."

She added: "Ok mum I love you. I don’t know why I act the way I do after a drink lol.

"Was only having a steak dinner and took it too far!"
