AN ANNUAL fundraiser has brought in “well over” £5,000 to St Mary’s Parish Church.
The Haddington church held its Martinmas Fair on November 19.
The fundraiser, which was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, attracted a big crowd.
A church spokesperson was glad to say it had been a great success.
They said: “A lot of people put in a lot of work, but it was worth it!
“We welcomed lots of people to our church, there was a great atmosphere and we raised well over £5,000 for church funds.”
The fair offers everything from jams and baked goods to books, crafts and garden produce.
