VANDALS have attempted to set a fire within public toilets at a county beauty spot.
The toilets at Longniddry Bents No 1 car park were targeted last night (Wednesday).
Graffiti was sprayed on the building while litter was dumped and attempts were made to set a fire.
It is not the first time that the toilets have been targeted.
In August, the refurbished toilets were temporarily closed after lights were smashed.
Recently-opened toilets at Gullane Bents were also vandalised last week and had to be closed for repairs.
Anyone with information should contact Police Scotland on 101.
