CCTV poles and cameras to monitor players’ performance could be installed at Hibernian Football Club’s training centre.
The Premiership side, who snatched a draw with Rangers on Saturday thanks to Josh Campbell’s stoppage time leveller, train at East Mains, near Ormiston.
The training ground features five full-size grass pitches, as well as an artificial pitch and goalkeeper training area.
The Hibernian Football Club Limited has applied to East Lothian Council’s planning department for permission to put three CCTV poles with cameras in place.
According to the application, the installation of the poles is for “monitoring players’ performance”.
A decision is expected by the middle of October.
