TWO East Lothian beaches have been ranked in the top 10 dog-friendly beaches in the UK.
Yellowcraig, near Dirleton, and Seacliff, to the south-east of North Berwick, were both in the top 10.
The findings came after research by showerstoyou.co.uk, which sought to find the highest-rated dog-friendly beaches across the country.
Research was conducted by analysing Google ratings and reviews for more than 150 beaches with no dog restrictions.
Yellowcraig was ranked sixth with a score of 8.62 out of 10, with Seacliff two places lower and a score of 8.35.
Durdle Door, in Dorset, was ranked number one and had a score of 9.30.
