HOT food could be served from a snack van in a busy industrial estate in Haddington.
Angela Spence Thompson, who is behind Angela’s Kitchen – Belter’s Snacks, has applied to East Lothian Council for planning permission to site a snack van off the town’s Hospital Road.
Permission has been requested for three years, with the snack van to be based outside Alexander Pollock Ltd.
A decision is expected by the middle of September.
