A GARDEN reflecting an important period of Haddington’s history will be created this summer.
Blooming Haddington’s volunteers are working with the Siege of Haddington Research Group (SHRG) to help tell the story of reputedly the longest siege in Scottish history.
Blooming Haddington’s Frances Wright and Louise Begbie, along with members of the SHRG and others, attended a wreath-laying ceremony to commemorate the lives lost during the siege.
Funding has been secured to build a small Siege Commemoration Garden in Lady Kitty’s.
