A FREE costumed walk exploring the history of Prestonpans’ fishing, coal and beer, plus more, will take place next week.
As part of the Greenhills Festival, the Catching The Past group will offer the walk, ‘The Making of a Town’, which will dive into the tales of the town’s people and places of the last few centuries.
The walk takes place next Friday (July 15), with spaces for eight people.
Attendees are asked to meet at Lidl at 10am, with the walk lasting about an hour and a half.
After the walk, the Pennypit Centre will offer free tea and coffee.
