North Berwick Gospel Choir hosted two concerts at the weekend, raising £2,500 for the British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal.

The group had been eager to help the people of Ukraine and decided that concerts would be the perfect way to raise money.

The concerts, held on Friday and Saturday at St Andrew Blackadder Church, saw 40 members of the choir perform a selection of popular songs.

More than 100 people showed their support on Friday, with another 150 turning out on Saturday.

The choir meets every Wednesday, from 7.30pm to 8.30pm, at St Andrew Blackadder Church.
