A TRANENT man who breached a court order will be sentenced next month.
Connor Kirkwood was handed a non-harassment order banning him from approaching or contacting a woman when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on January 17.
Kirkwood was found to have breached the order when he made repeated and unwanted telephone calls to the woman between January 30 and February 2.
The 27-year-old, of John Street, also left unwanted voicemails for the woman between the same dates.
He was due to appear at the Capital court for sentencing last Thursday but, when the case called, Sheriff Chris Dickson was told the offender was not present.
The sheriff deferred sentence to May 12 for Kirkwood’s personal appearance.
