AN AWARD-WINNING school will mentor others in embracing the power of digital technology.
Knox Academy’s excellence in integrating digital technology into learning and teaching has been recognised with a national accolade.
The Haddington secondary school was rewarded with a Digital Schools Award from Education Scotland.
Sue Cook, headteacher at the school, thanked Calum Blair, from the school’s numeracy and computing department, for his efforts.
She said: “This award is a huge achievement and a great accolade for our school and community and I know we will continue to invest in our progress over the coming years as we develop our skills further.
"The school is also going to become a mentor to other schools to help them progress their digital skills too – an exciting opportunity for collaboration.”
