POLICE are teaming up with youth workers in a bid to tackle anti-social behaviour in Haddington town centre.
“A number of calls” have been made to community officers regarding youngsters at Whittingehame Drive and the Nungate area of the town.
The issue was highlighted to the town’s community council, when it was noted there were also calls regarding anti-social behaviour in the town centre and near the Tesco store.
The police report added: “This continues to be patrolled by ASB (anti-social behaviour) team, police and youth workers.”
Anti-social behaviour can be reported to Police Scotland on 101.
