150 new homes could be built at Saltcoats to the south of Gullane
A HOUSING scheme to the south of Gullane will officially be launched this month.
CALA Homes (East) has planning permission in place for 150 new homes at Saltcoats, on the outskirts of the village.
The scheme will include a selection of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes, as well as cottage apartments.
Philip Hogg, sales and marketing director at CALA Homes (East), said: “There’s something for everyone in Gullane, making it a very in-demand location for families and downsizers. Saltcoats Grange is only minutes away from the beach and surrounded by green spaces, making it a very popular location for those who wish to settle down somewhere peaceful.”
