A FESTIVE VIP paid a visit to Haddington on Sunday.
Santa Claus toured the streets of the town, with youngsters able to follow his route on the internet thanks to a hi-tech tracker.
Coronavirus restrictions meant he was only able to wave as he went past, rather than handing out any sweets, but everyone had a great time.
The festive event was organised by Rotary Haddington.
A spokesperson for the group said: “Rotary Haddington are grateful for the support of Thomas Sherriff & Co, Mazzoli@home, Saltire Executive Travel, Prentice of Haddington, Ian Samson, Haig Hamilton, Ian Cullen and the members of Rotary Haddington.”
