A new interpretation board has been installed in Longniddry
A NEW interpretation board explaining Longniddry’s history has been installed in the village.
A previous interpretation board, which was located on Links Road, was damaged beyond repair several years ago.
A new board has now been placed on the grass area outside the strip of shops in the village centre, near the memorial bench, which “will be a safer place for it”.
Marilyn Young, Longniddry Community Council secretary, said: “We hope that local people and visitors alike will be interested to read the information on the board.”
