A MUSSELBURGH man has been fined after pleading guilty to adopting an aggressive attitude towards his partner.
James Tully, of Burns Wynd, shouted and swore at his girlfriend and made offensive remarks towards her on July 19.
Tully, 47, appeared in the dock at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Monday, where he lodged a guilty plea to the offence.
Sheriff Thomas Welsh QC fined him £200.
