RESIDENTS and visitors will be unable to visit a large part of North Berwick Harbour on Saturday, due to boats being craned out of the water.
There will be no access to the esplanade and a large part of the harbour area between 8.30am and 2pm this Saturday.
Foot access will be available by the path at the side of the Scottish Seabird Centre but will be controlled by the marshals on duty.
A spokesperson for North Berwick Harbour Trust said: “We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this operation but the area has to be controlled for safety reasons.”
