CIGARETTE butts, dog poo bags and disposable barbecues were among the items collected by volunteers at a popular beauty spot.
The Wave Project held a beach clean and fundraiser earlier this month at Belhaven Bay.
More than 50 volunteers turned up to help with the clean on July 17 and all the youngsters taking part were rewarded with a wooden medal for doing their bit at the event.
A raffle and refreshment stall raised £1,600 for The Wave Project, with many raffle prizes donated by local businesses.
The Wave Project, based at Belhaven Bay, uses surfing to help young people improve their emotional and physical wellbeing.
