“A NUMBER” of drivers have been warned by police following speed checks outside a Haddington school.
Police were on the town’s West Road on the morning of Monday, May 10.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Speed checks were also carried out and a number of drivers were issued warnings in line with the Lord Advocate’s Guidelines.
"The Compass School welcomed the presence and mentioned the considerable difference in speeding outside the school as a result.”
