A PRESTONPANS drug dealer is facing a jail sentence.
Steven Moffat, of High Street, has admitted being concerned in the supply of the Class A drug heroin at an address at the town’s Polwarth Terrace.
Moffat supplied the drug to others between February 8 and April 10 last year.
The 28-year-old pleaded guilty when he appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court last Thursday.
Not guilty pleas to supplying diazepam and possessing cannabis at his home address were both accepted by the Crown.
Co-accused Michael McGoff, 24, also had his not guilty plea to being concerned in the supply of heroin accepted.
Sheriff Kenneth McGowan granted Moffat bail and sentence was deferred to next month.
