Police took the woman to hospital
A WOMAN was taken to hospital after police were called to Linkfield Road in Musselburgh yesterday morning (Tuesday).
The road was temporarily closed as emergency services were in attendance.
Police received a report of concern for the woman at about 7.10am.
She was taken to hospital for assessment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "The road has been re-opened and the incident has been stood down."
