A COCKENZIE man who breached an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) by banging doors and playing his TV too loud has been admonished.
Scott Hardie was given the ASBO at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in May last year.
He was told he could not make excessive noise within his property at the village’s Winton Park following numerous complaints from neighbours.
But Hardie, 38, broke the order just 11 days later when he was heard slamming doors and having the volume of his TV at an excessive level.
He appeared back at the city court last Thursday, where Sheriff Peter McCormack heard there had been no more problems in relation to the court order.
The sheriff warned Hardie of his future behaviour and admonished him.
