A DRIVER caught on the outskirts of Haddington with no insurance has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
A report of a number of incidents was sent to the town’s community council ahead of their postponed May meeting.
The community council has not met since March.
However, Police Constable Charlie Duncan highlighted recent incidents in the town in his e-mailed report.
One of those saw a vehicle stopped on Briery Bank on May 9.
The driver was found to be uninsured and was reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
Meanwhile, two other drivers were stopped in the town and found to be without insurance.
On April 14, a vehicle was stopped on Sidegate while a second was stopped on Florabank Road on April 30.
Both drivers were given fixed penalty tickets.
