GALA days in Wallyford and Whitecraig have been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
This year’s Whitecraig Gala Day and Wallyford Children’s Gala, both due to be held in June, will not go ahead as planned.
A spokesperson for Whitecraig Gala said: “We understand the children will be disappointed but hopefully we can set a new date for later in the year. The Royal Court will still stand. If anyone is unable to take part when the new date is set, please let the committee know.
“We hope everyone will support us as we move forward, hoping this all passes soon and we can get back to some normality.
“We will be contacting our event suppliers, bands etc and hopefully they are available when the new date is confirmed.”
A spokesperson for Wallyford Children’s Gala commented: “All court children will still get their chance to shine. We will hold off and decide our new gala date at a later date.”
