A WALLYFORD woman has admitted carrying an offensive weapon in the village.
Cherilene Dabbs, of Inchview Road, was seen wielding a hammer during an incident at Wemyss Gardens in July last year.
The 39-year-old admitted the offence when she appeared in front of Sheriff Thomas Welsh QC at Edinburgh Sheriff Court.
The sheriff decided to defer sentence to July 21 for Dabbs to be of good behaviour.
Dabbs pleaded guilty to possessing an offensive weapon, namely a hammer, at Wemyss Gardens, Wallyford, on July 22 last year.
