Snow was spotted in the Lammermuirs
SNOW was photographed on the road near Whiteadder Reservoir in the Lammermuirs this morning just after 8am.
The Met Office have forecast that the hill snow is expected to clear this evening leaving a dry night with a wide spread of frost predicted.
East Lothian Council had snow ploughs and gritters out in parts of the county overnight and all roads are open today but drivers are advised that the Gifford to Duns road is ‘passable with care’.
