A DRIVER has been issued with an anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) after police pulled him over due to the noise coming from his car’s exhaust.
Officers were in patrol in Haddington town centre last month when they spotted a vehicle with a modified exhaust.
It was deemed to be “excessively noisy”.
PC Charlie Duncan told the town’s community council: “The vehicle was stopped and the driver was issued with an anti-social behaviour order and advised to have the exhaust amended accordingly.”
