CELEBRITY Scottish DJ Edith Bowman will be behind the decks for the after party at Musselburgh Racecourse's Stobo Castle Ladies Day this summer, and former Girls Aloud star Nicola Roberts will by DJing throughout the day, it has been announced.

The race day, which takes place on June 1, will also see a King and Queen of Style named.

This year’s Queen of Style will receive a free five-star trip to New York for four nights and £2,000 spending money, travelling with The Flight Centre. The King of Style will walk away with £1,000 vouchers from Andrew Brookes Tailoring.

Nicola Roberts said: “I’m super excited to join one of the biggest parties Scotland has to offer this summer. I look forward to soaking up the excitement and glamour.”

Edith Bowman added: “Ladies Day at Musselburgh Racecourse is renowned as Scotland’s most glamorous racing day and famed as much for its inimitable atmosphere as its top-class horse racing, so I’m really excited to be part of the day.
