POWER tools and a van have been stolen after two break-ins in Dunbar.
Police have launched an appeal for witnesses following the incidents, which took place during Monday night and into the following day.
A white Ford Transit van, registration plate YP11 TZV, was stolen from Goldenstones Avenue.
The van contained a number of power tools.
A further theft occurred from a van parked on Winterfield Place, with tools stolen from inside the vehicle.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Anyone with information relating to either crime or remembers any suspicious activity in the area, should contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote the relevant reference number above.
“Anonymous reports can be made via the charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111.”
