A 17-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged in connection with an alleged abduction and breach of the peace at an address in Tranent.
Police Scotland said the alleged incident happened on Sunday, August 5, and the youth was due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court afterwards.
A police spokesperson said: “Police in East Lothian have charged a 17-year-old boy in connection with a breach of the peace and abduction after officers were called to an address in the Tranent area on Sunday, August 5.”
