A 55-year-old man has been arrested and charged with cultivating cannabis in a shed in his back garden.
Police officers searched the property in Stoneybank Garden, Musselburgh, after a tip-off from a member of the public.
Local officers, including the East Lothian Community Action Team, discovered cannabis plants growing in the shed and cultivation equipment yesterday and detained the man.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
