A SPECIAL concert taking a light look at the many different sides of love will take place at St Baldred’s Church in North Berwick to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
A salute to the love song, the concert will include the romantic, the touching and the downright hilarious, with performances by local performers Geraldine McDade (singer), Fiona Cox (piano) and Cathy Johnson (violin).
Other special guests will be soprano Kat Angus, originally from New Zealand, baritone Danny Holmes, and Dara Stewart on acoustic bass, both of whom are recent graduates from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
Also on piano will be Linda Stewart who is deputy head at Broughton High School in Edinburgh and who was musical director of the 2014 pantomime at The Brunton in Musselburgh.
The concert will begin at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £10 and can be obtained from Sweet News in North Berwick and Hilary’s Deli in Haddington and will also be available on the night. The concert is a fundraising event for St Baldred’s Church.
