McCORMICK Michael Joseph Alison, Karen, Patricia and Michael's sister Molly would like to thank Dr Strachan at Whitesands Medical Practice, East Lothian Palliative Care Team in particular Jan Dobie, the community nurses and Charlene his personal carer for all their invaluable support, care and compassion. Also special thanks to John Bald Funeral Directors, (Gary Tait). We would also like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to family and friends for the beautiful flowers and cards.
