TAIT Ellen 26/10/1954 - 24/03/2021 A well-known and proud Gullane resident, Ellen Tait slipped away peacefully with John her husband, son Stuart and daughter-in-law Kimberly by her side at the Edington Hospital in North Berwick on a beautiful Wednesday morning after a terminal illness. She was a force to be reckoned with and fought until she couldn't any longer. Ellen was a deeply loved and much cherished mother, nana, wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend and will never be forgotten by those who held her close. She will be missed infinitely. The family will make remembrance arrangements in due course. We would also like to thank everyone for their very kind well wishes, cards and messages. Any person wishing to do so can make a donation to Friends of the Edington Hospital in North Berwick for them to carry on with the immeasurable support they provide.
