SCOTT - William (Billy) (Kelso / Haddington / Edinburgh) Peacefully in the care of Ellen's Glen House on November 9th 2019. Billy, aged 98, Painter and Decorator. Dearly loved husband of Betty. Will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Private family burial followed by service of thanksgiving at Priestfield Church, Edinburgh on Thursday 28th November 2019 at 2.00pm, to which all are welcome. Family flowers only.
