WHITSON Elizabeth Hadden (Betty) née Scott (Tranent / Pencaitland) Passed away peacefully at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary on Wednesday 28th Aug 2019. Betty was the beloved wife of the late George, cherished mother of Diane, much loved mother-in-law of Bill, treasured gran of Lori and Gillian, loving grandmother-in-law of Sam and the devoted sister of Tommy, Davy and the late Pearl. A service will be held at Pencaitland cemetery at 10:45am on Thursday 12th Sept 2019, with a tea at the Winton Arms to follow.
