The 2024 outdoor bowls season came to an end over the weekend with attention now switching indoors
EAST Lothian Bowls drew the curtain on the 2024 season as Port Seton hosted the league presentation day, writes Matt Osborne.
The Division One champions hosted a selection of home players versus an East Lothian select from the remaining clubs.
Now, attention will swiftly move to Meadowmill and the Alex Marshall Arena as players swap outdoor playing surfaces for the winter at East Lothian Indoor Bowling Club.
With a congested fixture list, the gents’ team will spring into action in the first weekend of October when they head to Abbeyview in the opening fixture of their Premier Section.
