LOTHIAN Colts’ under-15s have completed a cup double with a penalty shootout success over Leith Athletic’s under-15s in the Division Two League Cup final.
Taking place at Saughton Enclosure in Edinburgh last Friday, the Prestonpans side were looking to add a second trophy to the cabinet, having won the John McConnell Cup at the end of April.
In a tight affair which ended 2-2, the county youngsters held their nerve to win 3-2 on penalties.

Colin Blair, coach at the club, aid: “It was a fantastic game.
“The boys have been brilliant this season and they deserve this success.”
Musselburgh Windsor under-14s also enjoyed a night to remember at Tynecastle on Tuesday, winning 4-3 over Spartans’ under-14s on penalties in the final of the Willie Bauld Cup.
Having trailed 3-1 at half-time, the county side pulled it back to 3-3 and held their nerve in the penalty shootout.
Windsor’s under-18s were set to play Livingston Community Club in the David Murray Cup final yesterday evening (Wednesday) at Saughton Enclosure.
