DAVID Drysdale and Grant Forrest finished locked together for the second time this season on the European Tour.

The county golfers were among the 120 entrants at the Mallorca Golf Open, which finished on Sunday in Palma.

Both Drysdale, who lives near Dunbar, and Forrest, of Haddington, finished with a tie of 52nd spot and a score of three-under-par.

Forrest carded rounds of 70, 69, 69 and 73 while Drysdale finished 69, 69, 71 and 72.

Richie Ramsay, of The Renaissance Club, finished with a share of 16th place on nine-under-par – six shots behind winner Yannik Paul.

The Portugal Masters started in Vilamoura today (Thursday) and Forrest and Drysdale were among the entrants.
