PRESTON Athletic begin their bid to close the gap on the top two in First Division Conference B this evening (Tuesday).
The Pennypit side are one of two county teams in action as Haddington Athletic look to secure a place in the semi-finals of the King Cup.
Preston Athletic welcome Kinnoull to the Pennypit in a 7.30pm kick-off while Haddington Athletic head to Bo’ness Athletic in a 7.45pm kick-off.

CAMI Laidlaw’s strike against Stirling University ensured Preston Athletic got back to winning ways on Saturday.
The Prestonpans side finished second in League Cup Group B behind Premier Division Lothian Thistle Hutchison Vale.
Now, they turn attention back to their bid to join the capital side in the top flight of the East of Scotland Football League.
Jack Lynch’s men are nine points adrift of table-topping Oakley United but have five games in hand, including tonight’s game with Kinnoull.
The Perth team also have five games in hand over top of the table Oakley but sit 19 points adrift.
Victory for Preston will move them to within two points of second placed Glenrothes.
The East Lothian team were 3-1 victors over Kinnoull on the opening day of the season and would gladly accept the same result.

Bo’ness Athletic v Haddington Athletic
Haddington Athletic’s last five games: WWWDW
VICTORY over neighbours Musselburgh Athletic on Saturday ensured Haddington progressed in the League Cup.
Now, they are looking to continue their cup journey in the King Cup as they head to Bo’ness Athletic.
Their opposition are enjoying a similar season to Haddington.
Sitting second in First Division Conference X, they can move top of the table if they win either of their games in hand.
Bo’ness Athletic also finished second in their League Cup group behind Sauchie Juniors and could progress as one of the best runners up.
