TEN budding golfers have enjoyed tee-riffic success on the greens.
Glen Golf Club Juniors (pictured right) won the East Lothian GolfSixes League on the final match day played over the West Links children’s course.
The league is played over six match days, with each East Lothian club being a hosting venue.
The Glen started strongly by winning three of the first four outings, with a further two runner-up spots.
Going into the last event three points ahead of Gullane Golf Club and playing alongside them, the Glen’s three pairings all came out on top after some excellent golf to ensure a runner-up spot on the day by the narrowest of margins and secure the league title.
The Glen won the league with 31 points, followed by Gullane with 27. Also hosting were Royal Musselburgh, Craigielaw, Musselburgh and North Berwick West Links.
The team comprised 10 players – Rory Paterson, Freddie James, Aaron Brady, Harry Marr, Luke McLaughlin, Archie Marr, Angus Livesey, Callum Hynd, Kyla Hynd and Lily Rose Malcolm – all of whom played their part in victory.
