FOUR tries from back-row Andy Horne helped Preston Lodge to a first league win of the season on Saturday.
The Scotland age-grade internationalist led the way as PL recorded a huge win at the Pennypit.
Aaron Morton and Kyle Scott added to a penalty try, while there was a first score for the club at senior level from 17-year-old Scott Clarke.
Gus Hillhouse kicked five conversions and Clarke added two more for Andrew Clark’s side.
They had wrapped up the bonus point inside the opening 40 minutes and led 28-7 at the break.
Their demolition of the Glasgow side continued in the second period as they went through the half-century mark.
The visitors’ tries came from Danny Campbell, Kyle Henderson and debutant David Sim.
Preston Lodge will hope to build on their win when they travel to unbeaten Peebles on Saturday.
