AN EAST Lothian hotel is set to host a series of movies outside in its garden, starting this weekend. 

'Movies on The Lawn', begins on Saturday at Marine North Berwick on Cromwell Road, with five different movies planned: Wonka, Dirty Dancing, The Greatest Showman, Indiana Jones & The Dial of Destiny and Mamma Mia!. 

To make the string of movies extra special, the iconic Bass Rock will feature in the background, finishing off the ultimate outside cinema experience.

Wonka is the debut movie in the series, starting at 2pm on Saturday.

A full list of timings can be seen below, with tickets for children starting at £10 and adults £15; there area various packages available. 

Russ Brown, general manager at Marine North Berwick, said: "Movies on The Lawn offers a fantastic outdoor cinema experience where families and friends can enjoy classic films like Dirty Dancing and Wonka against the stunning backdrop of the Bass Rock.

7-9.30 pm: Dirty Dancing

7-9.30pm: Mamma Mia!
