PERMISSION has been given to convert a bedroom into a physiotherapy room.
East Lothian Council’s planning department gave the green light to Hannah Bennett’s proposals for the room at Biel Park, near Stenton.
No objections from members of the public were sent to the local authority.
The clinic is intended for clients with musculoskeletal and sports injuries.
Details sent to the planning department state that the clinic would operate from 9pm to 3pm, Monday to Thursday, and a total of 20 clients are expected per week.
The planning officer’s report states: “Due to the location of the property, the proposals would not harm the residential amenity of any neighbouring residential properties.”
